OUR HISTORY
The Australian Gift & Homewares Association (AGHA) is the leading industry body in Australia, representing thousands of businesses and individuals within the gift and homewares sector.
Since 1977, AGHA has been at the forefront of delivering industry-leading trade exhibitions and events, with the Sydney Gift Fair and Melbourne Gift Fair serving as the premier marketplaces for both wholesalers and retailers in Australia.
AGHA fosters extensive opportunities for our membership base to build new connections and grow their businesses. As a not-for-profit organisation, AGHA is not driven by the pursuit of unrealistic profits, allowing us to reinvest into the industry and provide added value to our Members.

Our Members look to AGHA to provide them guidance and options on services that will help their businesses grow or make business easier.
2. What to expect?
Expect being extensively promoted to our 20,000 corporate and individual members.
AGHA value our Business Partner relationships, and consider them a two-way street and strive to work closely with our Partners to ensure we are both working towards the same goals.
3. What do Business Partners need to provide to our members?
As a Strategic Business Partner it is essential that a tangible benefit is supplied to our members and is easily measurable. This benefit must be exclusive to our members and not available should AGHA membership lapse.
4. How does AGHA develop our Business Partner relationship?
AGHA will assess the business needs of our members and seek relevant partners to provide these services on an ongoing basis.

ONE STEP AT A TIME!
STEP 1. Research
AGHA will either go to market seeking great new business services or we will be contacted directly by a potential business partner.
AGHA will research the offering and investigate if it would be a great fit and benefit to our membership.
STEP 2. Assess your offering
AGHA will look into the following areas to determine if the fit is best for AGHA:
- Discount - What tangible benefit will you pass on to our members?
- Network - How large is your network to service our Australian wide Membership?
- Other Opportunities - Do you have expertise and knowledge in certain topics that would value our members via seminars, webinars, networking events?
STEP 3. Do you require a more customised package?
Business Partners are given a Business Partner Package (refer to below).
However, some Business Partners may require specific features tailored to their business needs. We can accommodate these preferences within our Business Partner Agreement.
This includes (pending on package) inclusions to exhibit, advertising opportunities via publications, dedicated eDMs sent to our membership on your behalf and so much more.
STEP 4. Arrange Agreement
When details have been finalised and terms agreed, AGHA will issue a Business Partner Agreement to be signed off by all parties.
Once completed and returned, congratulations! You are now apart of our AGHA Business Partner family.
